CARTOLOJI LLC grants to you a non-exclusive, limited purpose license to access and view this site, and to print selected pages that appear on this site for your own personal reference and non-commercial use, but not to otherwise use the Content in any manner not expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions. We pack our prints and pillows with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won't be damaged, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions. In the unfortunate event that a print or frame is damaged, we'll refund you as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in a digital snapshot).
Lost In the Mail
While every print and pillow is tracked, occasionally some do go missing. The vast majority of "lost" items are merely delayed and do turn up within 7 days of shipping. If your tracking info says the item has been delivered and you don't have it, talk to your postman/woman. Usually, the package has just been misplaced. If your item is confirmed as lost by the post office, we'll send you another one. Just send your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of your issue.
We will replace defective prints within two weeks after they are received, so please inspect your prints right after they arrive. If you do spot an error or defect, take a snapshot of the print so that the error is visible. We'll ask you to destroy the original print (tear-it up) and send us another photo, then we'll promptly replace your print.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund your full amount within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in a new and resalable condition. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to make a return.
