Our Story

Cartoloji is an independent company based in the Washington DC area since 2011. At Cartoloji we combine a passion for art with a love for the world. We create iconic abstract map art that is stylish and fun. Every print is custom-made with the utmost care.

Cartoloji is the brainchild of Indian artist Bhaval Shah Bell who has lived in Kenya and UK, and now resides in the Washington, DC area. Through her own multicultural background, she knows that individuals relate powerfully to maps of places that are important to them.
